At Henk The Tank, we strive for 100% satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully below.
Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return. This is in accordance with the legal cooling-off period in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Conditions for return
- The item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- The item is in its original packaging with labels.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to register a return?
Send an email to lolgamingssquad@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will contact you within 2 working days.
Refund
After receiving and checking the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs
The costs for returning an item are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
